District professional development days are built into the district 23-24 calendar to take place every Monday during PLC designated days or Friday once a month. All of kinder through third-grade teachers at our campus will attend these sessions, plus SPED* as relevancy persists.  Digital literacy professional development is crucial for kindergarten through third-grade teachers because it equips them with the necessary skills to integrate technology effectively into their classrooms. This training helps teachers enhance learning experiences and foster digital skills among young students, preparing them for a technology-driven world. Additionally, it ensures that educators can confidently use digital tools to support diverse learning styles and needs, making education more accessible and engaging for all students.
